Filters in the automotive sector play a key role in maintaining the optimal performance of internal combustion engines. These filters are designed to remove impurities and contaminants in fluids and air, ensuring their efficient operation and extending the life of engine components.

Our production focuses on those parts of the filter cartridges that can be obtained from our sheet metal manufacturing process, such as top and bottom covers, threaded plates and rings in the case of oil filters and petrol filters.

Stil italia also offers, in addition to the production of parts from sheet metal, the possibility of braze welding the fuel inlet and outlet tubes on lids, through the use of an in-house furnace, as well as the threading of plates through a machining centre and the subsequent joining with the ring through crimping or welding; all operations performed in-house.

The surface coating work is subsequently carried out by well-known and leading third-party partners.
